1x3 Assisted Ab Roller, got a huge pain in my 'lower abs' so switched over to crunches.

3x10 crunches with 2 second hold at the top.

100 swiss ball crunches over 4 sets.

kinda boring but it doesn't aggravate my back.

i'll do some planks later, if it feels fine, i'll get back to ab wheel rolling.

I've been working on my overhead squat a lot lately; I've gone from 0 to 135 lb.

tried doing an ab-wheel roll out from the feet and failed, I managed to go out into a plank but when I went to extend my shoulders I collaped and fell on the damn wheel.

Back to basics: roll outs from the knees - 15x4

Saturday I did about 6 sets of decline situps, with really slow cadence. Thats a good way to make situps challenging and worthwhile, hold extra weight if youre strong enough.
