This log is for Ascendant, Zero, myself and anyone else who goes to the gym with intentions of throwing in some direct ab work at the end of a session, but rarely follows through. There are no races or common goals here… other than to have an onion skin midsection with razor sharp cuts, that is. If you are already an ab-wizard, don’t post here in an effort to show off your crunchy prowess.

Hm, I should do this, I always forget or leave the core work out due to laziness. More than likely could've prevented my last injury with consistent training.

I taped it to get some idea of how my v-ups are looking, seems like i don't keep the legs quite straight locked out. Rats.
