Thank you for the compliment.

I should have some more videos coming today. It's deadlift day and more squats.

SOHP
-------
Note: For not lifting that much weight this exercise sure is difficult. I feel it really develops my shoulders.
75x3
75x3
85x5
85x5
85x5
85x5
85x5

Deadlift
---------
Note: I love this lift. I can't believe how good I feel after doing this lift. I've taken a few videos of my form which I feel comfortable with believe it or not. I'll post them sometime in the future.
155x3
155x3
175x5

175x5

Squat
-------
Notes: My form was terrible again because I'm still trying to get used to the movement. I took more video but I won't bother posting it because it's more of the same thing I posted earlier. I need to get used to the movement, I need to get more flexible and I need to practice. I'm keeping at it.
105x3
105x3
105x5
105x5
105x5

Pull-Ups
----------
Note: I used the crappy pull-up machine because I don't have the money for some bands. It sucks but the workout says I should be able to do a BW pull-up as my deadlift and dynamic rows get better.
3/5 BW x 3
3/5 BW x 3
Tried BW and couldn't get one.
2/3 BW x 3
3/5 BW x 5
3/5 BW x 5
3/5 BW x 5
3/5 BW x 5

My form on the squat seems like its the only thing I'm really struggling on right now. People say it comes with time and this is only the fourth time I've done the lift.

I'm looking forward to my next session and next week I get to add weight.

Yeah, deadlift is one of my favorites too. It seems like one of the most practical movements ever.

Bench Press
---------------
Note: These were a lot tougher than I expected. I could feel my wanting to arch to get the weight up.
125x3

125x5
125x5
125x5

Squat
-------
Note: I was surprised at my form here. I decided not to video all my sets this time but I got the last one. I focused on one thing when I was going down and that was to sit back on my heels. That really helped to not lean that far forward and it helped to get me down below parallel or at least what felt below parallel. However, on my last two sets on my last two reps my knee started to bow out a little on the way up. I'm going to have to work on this. I'll post my video on the next post.
70x5
80x5
95x5
115x5
135x5

Dynamic Rows
------------------
Note: These felt good again but I noticed that they're hard to keep the form on given you get tired and you need to be explosive which tends to throw your form a little.
140x5
140x5
140x5

The form looks pretty good. You might be leaning over a little too much at the bottom, but wait until one of the real experts get here to critique. If I remember correctly, flexibility isn't great for you, correct? Which would be what's preventing you from getting down far enough...

Yeah, my flexibility isn't that hot but I feel like it's getting better. I definitely feel like that set was a hell of a lot better than my previous sets that I did. It's all about the progress.

Damn right. Your squat looks good especially considering this is one of the first few times you've done it. Good job man.
