Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.

It was pretty funny when I uploaded the video. It had been a while since I had uploaded a video and the last one I had uploaded was me deadlifting 185x5 on March 9th. That definitely gave me some perspective .

In last night's workout, I did a couple sets of dumbbell swings to help warm up my legs and back. It really helped. By the time I was done with my warmup sets I was dripping and ready to go.

Max Effort days are really fun now. Seeing my deadlift and box squat approach three plates has been really fun and my bench press will be over 200+ shortly. I'm really pumped.
