ME Upper Body

General Notes: I had another great workout today. I think I go through my bench press plateau. SOHP, weighted push-ups, and form tweaking for the win. I also did some conditioning work which felt good even though it was less than five minutes of work.

Bench Press
--------------------
Notes: I had more in than what I did for my PR but I didn't want to push it by going to hard since I've tweaked stuff doing that on the bench before.
45x10
65x5
95x5
115x3
135x3
155x3
175x3
195x3 --> 10 lb PR!

DB Incline Press
--------------------------
45's x 10
45's x 10
45's x 10
45's x 10

Cable Rows
-------------------
80x12
100x10
110x10
120x10

BO Rear Delt Flies
-----------------------------
17's x 12
17's x 12
20's x 12

Standing Barbell Russian Twists
--------------------------------------------------
Notes: These are hard but they're really fun. I definitely felt like I was working.
25x10 (each side)
25x10 (each side)
10x15 (each side)

Conditioning Work
----------------------------
Notes: I only did one round of the Magic 50 but I was pumped to get that. If I do this again I don't know how much of a rest to take in between "rounds" -- maybe 1-3 minutes. All I know is I was FRIED after I did this one round.
10 Burpees (no push-up or jump)
20 DB Snatches (45 lb DB snatched from the floor)
20 DB Swings (45 lb DB)
* Finished in ~3:40 *

ME Lower Body

General Notes: My deadlifting went pretty good but again I was just wiped after doing it and I felt like I gave a half-assed attempt at my secondary stuff. I also switched back to standard deadlift because a lifter at my gym who I respect told me I was too tall to be lifting sumo. I don't know if I agree with that statement but I decided to give standard a go again. Well, I hit my PR and I got a video of it which will follow this post.

DOH Deadlift
--------------------
135x5
145x5
155x5
195x3
225x3
260x3
295x3 --> 10 lb. PR (my grip started to go)
260x3 --> I wanted five but I don't think I dropped the weight enough for a five

DB Walking Lunges
-------------------------------
20's x 8 (each leg)
20's x 8 (each leg)

Reverse Hyperextensions
----------------------------------------
BW x 15
BW x 15
BW x 15

Plate Gripping
----------------------
20 x 70 sec (each hand)
20 x 70 sec (each hand)
20 x 60 sec (each hand)

Here's my 295x3 video:

The guy who videoed me is pretty cool. He gave me a lot of good form advice. After I lifted my weight he proceeded to RDL the same weight for reps with perfect form...
