Thanks man. I'm starting to really like the DE day. The actually skinny bastard DE day consists of basic jump training. I was more interested in going the powerlifting route with my training. Who knows, maybe in five years I'll consider entering in an old fart PL competition .

That seems like a really light weight, what is Ascendant using? I wanted to try these but I have no idea what weights are reasonable to start with.

Yeah, it was really light weight. I wanted to start light to get a feel for them and that squatting routine I had just done pretty much wipes out my hamstrings. I'm going to do those again on Tuesday and I'll start with 40 and end on 60 or 70.

ME Upper Body

General Notes: I decided to switch up the "Supplemental Lift" this time. So, instead of doing DB Bench Press I did DB Floor Press. This was nice because I didn't get that "too much work" on the chest feeling.

Weighted Push-Ups
-------------------------------
Notes: I matched the same weight as last week but I was using a different backpack and I was using the power rack so I could actually go about 6-8" lower than the Smith machine on the push-up.
BW x 5
BW x 5
BW + 15 x 3
BW + 25 x 3
BW + 40 x 3
BW + 50 x 3
BW + 50 x 3
BW + 50 x 3

DB Floor Press
-----------------------
50's x 8
55's x 8
65's x 6
65's x 6

Barbell BOR's
----------------------
155x10
155x10
155x10
155x10

Pull-Ups
-------------
Notes: I was going to try and do these with the light band but I couldn't even get one on account of fatigue from the BOR's.
3 reps w/ Average Band
5 reps w/ Average Band

Face Pulls
----------------
Mini Band x 12
Light Band x 12
Light Band x 12

Low Pulley Swissball Crunches
------------------------------------------------
50x10
60x8
60x10
60x10

I updated my weight on the main page. I now weigh 255. I can't say that all of that is muscle but the majority of it definitely is. I think I put that weight on in about two and a half to three months

Yeah, the floor press is a great lift. I've never done it with dumbbells though.
