After watching a youtube video or two I'm thinking my form isn't that bad... God I wish I wouldn't have forgot my camera .

I just read a good thread on squat stance. It said the following:
- Narrower == Deeper == Better Development
- Wider == More Weight == Harder to Go Deeper
I am definitely going to play around with this on the 29th.

I'd say take an in between stance, that's what many people do. Just outside of shoulder width is about where is optimal I'd say, will let you move weight and get as low as your flexibility will allow. How flexible are you?

Hey, Nuge, welcome to the good part of the dawg. I am 32 and doing a 5x5. Consistency and form are WAY more important than how much you're moving at first. I am sure your back was screaming after the first night. You did a lot of volume on the DL. Keep it up man!

Unfortunately I'm not that flexible. I'm getting better but it's a process.

I just read something informative: a Military Press involves putting your heels together and pointing your feet in 45 degree angles akin to a military stance. After reading that I realize I didn't do a Military Press. I did a SOHP .

The example shown in the Bill Starr 5x5 program has each lift increasing by five pounds each week. However, the example they show has pretty low starting weights. Is increasing your weight week to week by five pounds standard or do you increase my a percentage?

I'm starting to get the impression that forms are kind of like opinions. Everyone has them...
Seriously, every video I've watched of a Military Press has people NOT putting their feet in the "Military" position.
Also, I asked a Dynamic Rows question in the main forum and I think I've gotten eighteen different responses on the differences between Dynamic Rows, Pendlay Rows, and Bent Over Rows...
