Thanks a lot. I'm feeling good too. I was going to switch to the deadlift next week but after that awesome session I might just stick to the squat for one more week.

I forgot to mention something cool that happened at my gym. A couple weeks ago I spotted this guy on bench who did 305x6. It was pretty impressive and in general he looked REALLY strong.

I was watching the NFL draft on Saturday and I saw this guy get drafted by the Eagles who looked a lot like that guy. I thought there's no way... I saw him last night at the gym and sure enough he was drafted by the Eagles in the second round. He woulda thought a second round draft choice was working out in my shitty YMCA.

Thanks a lot.

I'm really psyched to get started on my next rotation. I'm ready to try and push my deadlift up to 285 and my bench press past 200 . I'm thinking that won't be too hard since I got Starting Strength and realized I was doing both of them with not ideal form.

Nothing like hitting a goal you make for yourself in the weight room. Good luck man!

ME Upper Body

General Notes: I had no idea how wrong I was doing the Bench Press until I read Starting Strength. Well, today was the first day trying it the "right" way and it went pretty good. My max attempt was UGLY, UGLY, and UGLY. I think that's what I'll attempt next week.

Bench Press
--------------------
45x10x2
65x5x2
75x3
95x3
115x3
135x3
155x3
175x3
185x3
190x3 --> these reps were soooo UGLY that I hate even listing them
170x3
170x3

DB Bench Press
--------------------------
50's x 6
50's x 6
50's x 6
50's x 6

BO Barbell Rows
--------------------------
Notes: I haven't done anything like these since my attempt at the 5x5. They were HARD.
135x10
135x10
135x10
135x8

BO Rear Delt Flies
-----------------------------
Notes: this exercise was hilarious. My body gave me almost no warning that I was reaching my limit. All of the sudden the last two reps were ridiculously hard and they didn't go nearly as high .
12's x 12
10's x 12
10's x 12

Low Pulley Swiss Ball Crunch
---------------------------------------------
20x15
40x10
50x8
50x8
