On a side note, there are two guys that come to my gym almost every time I'm there and for some reason they bug the shit outta me. I was bitching about them today and my wife asked me what the big deal was. I told her that the guys remind me of what Leonardo Dicaprio's character in "The Departed" said about cops: they have a scumbag sense of entitlement. I think that's what a lot of the metroboys' problem is. It could be that or it could be the issues I had with preppy/jock assholes from high school coming back to haunt me...
*realizes he's gone too far*

General Notes: my wife had a pretty good workout. I don't know about all that bench work. It seems to really tax her muscles. We're switching our Upper Body exercise next week and that could help.

DB floor press and OHP may be a bit too much.
As for "womans hips" women are actually worse at squat because they tend to be quad dominant. It's much harder to teach them to sit back.

For those of you who did the WS4SB program, did you do the same exercise for the ME Upper Body and RE Upper Body?

No, not usually. However, if you are trying to build up a particular lift, I think using the same lift or something with a high degree of carry over would be a good idea. For example, doing push press as your ME lift, and then strict press for your RE, or doing Bench for ME and then close grip for RE. Since you are doing SOHP for your ME lift, and want to drive it up, try DB overhead press for your RE work because it will build the muscles and assist that lift. A little bit different for variety of stimulus sake, but still supporting your goal.

Also, you can edit your thread title if you edit the first post, you just have to put a reason for editing.

I tried that but it only edits the title of the first thread. You have to get a moderator to change the title of a thread after a certain amount of time.
