2008 Log of Bones
Been lifting heavy for about 8 months now. I have had an injured pectoral for about 2 months now, and haven't been able to bench during this time period. Nerve damage in my back has prevented me from squatting heavy, but that is almost completely healed. My deadlift has become my strongest lift and I hope to do 5 plates before the semester is over.

Current max lifts:
AtG Squat: 330
Sumo Deadlift: 425
Bench Press: 275 (before injury)
End of the semester goals:
AtG Squat: 360
Sumo Deadlift: 495
Bench Press: fully heal and get back to my 275
