Warm-up - int/ext shoulder rotations, 2x3 min Bas Thai rounds (about every other combo, trying to work my kicks a little more)
OHS
45x8
85x8
FS
135x5
185x5 (+10 mid-level front kicks, alternating legs)
BS
213x5 (+10 mid-level front kicks, alternating legs)

270x8 (+belt, +10 mid-high front kicks, alternating legs)
150x20
Collapse + breathe. Drink glass of milk.
Bench (paused)
45x10
95x8
135x5
165x5 (+3 clapping push-ups)
180x5 (+3 clapping push-ups)
205x3 (+3 clapping push-ups)
227x8 (TNG, +3 clapping push-ups) (calculated 1rm +6lbs)
Stretches
Wanted to do some Kroc Rows and Ring push-ups, or at least some more bag work, but I'm running out of gas, and apparently I ripped some more skin loose on my left big toe when I was doing bag work to warm up and didn't notice it until into clapping push ups. Also, I need to eat and start getting ready for bed. Maybe tomorrow if cutting, loading, and unloading firewood after work doesn't take it all out of me.

Hey havent posted for about a month as ive been really busy and while i find a paper log really easy to keep i struggle to bother to transfer it to the online one.
Thanks to my physio and some advice from devilson my knee now functions properly for squatting although it does feel sore sometimes still.
Im doing 5x5 again
On mon I did bench 95kgx5 felt pretty easy so that is going well
On wed did OHP 47.5kg 5x4 paused at the bottom since i stalled twice closer to 60kg because no power off the shoulders and this seems to be helping.
Anyhow i will try keep up my posting but im still in the comp.
