Haha. Well, when ya lift at home and don't have a cage, it kinda limits ya... I know there's no way my dad or neighbor kid can upright row the kinda weight necessary if I'd have a bad day and miss what I was shooting for. And even as high as my bench is, and as short as I am, my squat safety catch sawhorses are a bit to high to be useful for benching.

I think we're doing pretty well so far, team. Keep up the good work. So long as we can get vids, I think we'll be very competitive.

Was anyone else sick this week? If yes, I think the other teams are using black magic on us. Seriously.

I've been sick. Still not recovered from last week and congested the last few days. Nearly passed out yesterday but running some intervals seemed to cure the fever that was setting in. Still kind of weak today but got some good work in.
Bench Press:

I'm not sick but I've been taking a break from weights to focus on Muay Thai. I have an exhibition fight tomorrow night and then I'll be turning my focus back to weights for the rest of the year. Good to see everyone making good progress, I guess I'll have to play catch-up!
