So I Finally decided to make a log!

Bench 1rm 90kg's Goal: 120 kg's
Squat 1rm 90 kg's Goal: 150 kg's
Deadlift 1rm 120kg's Goal: 180 kg's
SOHP 1rm 50kg's Goal: 80 kg's
I am not currently on any programme as I knocked lifting on the head 1.5 weeks out from my fight last saturday. Now I have that out of the way i am looking to get stronger!
So my maxes suck. In class, grappling and wrestling especially I am tired of getting over powered! I am tired of being told that my technique is 'superb' but still get tapped and out muscled! So this log is for motivation and advice on helping me get stronger!
I am currently running 5/3/1 and liking it so far.
