ZMA (Zinc Magnesium Aspartate) gives the most insane, illogical dreams..
Anybody take this stuff and/or have any wtf kinda dreams to share? I take it just before sleep and get some insane dreams.

I woke up really angry at a friend this morning. Strangely, minutes later upon awaking, he calls me and I abuse him and hang up.
The reason?
I was working at an Irish bar, as was he, and I had to scan through some meals and drinks.. for whatever reason, he takes the scan codes away so that I can't process anybody's food. Customers start getting really aggro with me, yelling at me, etc..
I ask him to give them back and he says like 'nah...', intending to make my life difficult.
Next scene there he is in the kitchen, complaining "FUCKS SAKE THESE CATFISH ARE TOO SLIMEY!!!!" and what do ya know, there's monstrous catfish flopping around under the Ice machine and some chopped up on a kitchen bench.
I'm still really angry at this point, and yell abuse, then decide I'll quit my job on the spot because of the pressure (lol?).
I run out of the pub towards home angry as hell, and for whatever reason my mate quits his job too and decides to follow him, however he is somehow surprised that I'm angry at him.
Completely wtf lol.

Oh I'm also hoping the OT noobs don't use this as an opportunity to lay down their bs

lol. it's the magnesium that does it, u get the same crazy dreams from taking just magnesium pills.

i have magnesium, its a sleep aid, in powder form. Only used it once so far and it put me out like a light.

I've taken it a few times on an off. I have to stop because it starts to give me such crazy dreams that I wake up and it ruins my sleep rather than help me. But yeah it give me the crazy dreams.

alot of people in D&S compain they get trippy dreams on ZMA. I got it on Valerian Root alone without evening going near ZMA. XD
