also i kinda just googled ariel atom for that picture, but after looking into it, that is a new version to be coming out soon. It is a 500hp V8 atom, let me say it again, a 500hp V8 ariel atom.
Only about £18 for a basic model

You can drive them on the roads you know, however, LOOONG waiting list because they are hand made

Funnily enough, someone at my office owns a 1971 Cude with the 340. He's one of the planners who have rationalized the purchase of his car and has helped me to figure out a few things. It didn't help that I saw a few of the new Challengers being transported on trailers in the same week.

A seemingly simple decision has become complex because my professional and ethical obligations for sustainable development clash with one of my personal interests.

The 340 is a good engine, but ya just gotta have the Hemi.

Yes, I know what ya mean. The new Challengers look pretty good, but I'll always be an oldschool muscle car fan.

I went home that same day and popped Vanishing Point into my DVD player. If I had the money, I would totally buy a 2009 Challenger R/T with the six-speed with the "Stone White" paintjob. I'd then have to store it in the winter, but at least it'll give me a good excuse to use public transit more.

Really? Those of us that are car collectors may tend to disagree with you. Most exotics, muscle cars, classics, etc. are eventually worth exponentially more than what they were initially purchased for.

Personally, I enjoy fast cars. I enjoy the feeling of being thrown back in my seat due under heavy acceleration. If I could only drive a car like a Camry the rest of my life, I would be completely miserable.

i) a luxury car= Don't really care for these.
iv) a convertible for the cruising around in=Again, Don't care for these a lot.. a DB9 would be sweet.

As for the rest,
ii) a supercar
iii) a run around everyday practical car
v) a track car

The Nissan GTR.

All "new" cars drop in value, but if you're smart you can find a great older car that will hold it's value or go up. I've sold the last two cars I've owned for more then I paid for them, one was an 81 Delorean, which I sold for 50% more then I paid for, the other was a corvette ZR1 which I made a couple grand on.

You just have to carefully research car values and buying trends... my last sportscar purchase was a 99 viper, which has close to zero depreciation as well.

As for a Miata with 30k in mods beating a 300k car around the track, LMFAO only if you're comparing a street-legal supercar vs. track-only replace the engine every 500 miles miata.

I've tracked with a lot of HIGHLY tuned miata's with my "close to stock" $40k viper, and they can't keep up!
