Better than With Teeth for sure, but still nowhere near The Fragile and Downward Spiral.

It's alright, some songs were catchy. This album sounds more Aphex Twin-like in terms of the instrumental side of the music. As stated earlier, it's not as good as The Fragile or Downward Spriral.
