Didn't take that long to get mine back. It took almost 2 weeks to the day from the date I shipped it to get mine back. I also got the 1 month free LIVE.

I am thankful that I've yet to see the red ring of death on mine, but I also got mine in late 2007.

Sucks to hear that TC, but you may have your 360 out of commission for a while and I think it might cost you 150 to get fixed, but it's better than the entire price of a new one.

This is actually a good post - If it's 4 rings it could be your AV cable or something stupid. If it's 3, then your screwed just like mine 4 days ago. Call MS and they will fix it for you.
