So yesterday was the Ultimate Fight Night, one I've been excited for for a very long time. Whenever there is a UFC event I go over to my friend's house and we watch it there and we always get food. Pizza to be more specific. Usually we get from 2 4 1 Pizza or Dominoes and its always pretty satisfying. For this fight night we wanted to get "Stuffed Crust" pizza from Pizza hut as a speacial treat thing. We order shortly after 5 and get nothing for over an hour, when the pizza finally arrives we're all rediculously hungry (did I mention it was myself, my 2 brothers, and my friend? Anyways there were 4 of us). Before I show the pictures of what was in the box let me just say that I train martial arts full time and eat very healthily, UFC events are THE ONLY time I allow myself a treat such as pizza. Now.... we open the box and this is what was inside......







Not only was this "Pizza" rediculously squished, it wasn't even edible, it stuck to the bottom of the box and when we tried tasting it we realized it was just as doughy as it was ugly. Seriously! It looked like it was leaking ecto-plasm! So We call Pizza Hut back and they put us on hold for about 20 minutes, when we finally get to talk to their manager about this atrocious "Pizza" he says that he'll send 2 more out. We get the 2 new pizzas in about 30 minutes and we give the delivery boy back the old 2. We open the new pizzas and.....

.....all right they at least look like pizzas this time. We feel like we're FINALLY going to be fed, and after a few bites it's clear that once again the pizza is in fact near raw, the cheese was cooked but the dough was completely unedible. My two brother drive to the Pizza Hut to speak to the manager in person while me and my friend stayed back and watched the premiere of "TUF" (which on a side note was awful). They get back and tell us that Pizza Hut wouldn't refund their money and that all they got was 50$ certificates for more Pizza Hut pizza. So we spent 45$ for nothing. We literally got nothing edible for out cash. I will never order from Pizza Hut in the near future, that much is certain. We dealt with this trash for the whole Fight Night event, needless to say it put a damper on the whole night.


Has anyone else experienced getting food THIS unsatisfactory? Like, it was literally unedible.

I once saw a program on the automatizing of Domino's, so if Pizza Hut is anything similar, it takes incompetence of a grand scale to put out product that bad.

Most, if not all, modern fast food corporations have dumbed cooking down to a science (5th grade or the term has to be replaced) that requires no experience. The entire goal of a pizza franchise is to replicate your pizza to a standard, not make great pizza. It just has to look and taste the same, mediocre time and time again.

You should report them to corporate. That is unacceptable, even for an already disgusting product. If you are not satisfied with the response, threaten to report them to the BBB or firebomb them.

Yeah I agree with the above. It's not that hard to cook that pizza.

I'd order pizzas from Pizza Hut down where I used to live and they'd always come out fine. I'd get a stuffed crust as well. They aren't the best pizzas but they weren't bad.

There is a strong likelihood that PH pizzas are cooked by a machine that guarantees a certain texture and taste by applying a specific amount of heat at an exact time. Domino's and Burger King use similar ovens/"grills" to achieve this.

I would bet that there was an equipment malfunction that caused your repeated product issues. Otherwise, you were specifically or randomly targeted by employees to have poor product. The pictures look like sloppy restraint by delivery was solely responsible, but your description of the raw dough founded my previous belief.
