You have to have heard these when you tell anyone you fight/train/watch MMA. They're all annoying IMO, but which one bothers you the most. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few.

calling MMA ufc is an uneducated call, Extreme fighting, any fighting is pretty much extreme, cage fighting well it can be called cage fighting if u r reffering to the Ufc, and ultimate fighters got fighters, maybe they are not the best but they are still fighters.

mixed martial arts is a stupid name if you think about it. it implies a blending of contrasting styles of TMA, whereas ultimate fighting or whatever you want to call it has taken on roughly it's own integrated style based very little on the fighting styles we call "martial arts." MMA is a cool acronym though.
