Worse cell phone company (coverage)?

Also, cingular would drop some money off my bill if you didnt talk to the higher ups. The higher ups wont cut you any slack but the first person or two you talk to might drop 80$ off your bill(im proof)

weird... i have tmobile.. and have had it for the past 5 years and never had a problem... and the customer service has always been great.

Man T-Mobile's systems are down worldwide right now...so the customer service dude told me....this shit sucks because I'm going on a trip tomorrow!

ive had at n t for like 4 years now...and they suck. weasel there way around every problem u have. terrible reception everywhere. etc etc. expensive too

I would have to say that T-Mobile is the worse cell company I ever dealt with.

The thing is, their customer service is great, their price is ok (except they charge heavy if you go over your minutes, 40cents extra per minute!) and their phones look great...

Except for one thing that makes them the worse imho: their signal coverage sucks!!!

Sprint, hands down the absolute worst! i hate em i hate em i hate em. I hate them soo much that i forced them to zero out my account and write me a check for $1.25 rather than have credit with them for any reason at all.
coverage sucked, if the wind blew from the east to the west i'd get dropped calls, if i drove north south they would drop. The people at the store were useless, the people on the phones for them where useless. I would rather eat a knuckle sandwich than ever have to go to sprint again.

Do you live outside of the city or in the sticks? I've had Cingular, now AT&T for at least 5 years now and never really had a complaint as far as coverage. I thought Cingulars customer service left a little to be desired, but I've been ok with AT&T's so far.

I drove/moved from Athens, GA to Las Vegas at the beginning of the year, and there might have been a few miles of the 2,000 mile stretch between the two cities where my reception wasn't stellar. But I've never really had problems with them.

also Cingulat/At&t is terrible IMO. I had them when I lived in Phoenix and didnt get reception at my own house. And I lived in the middle of the city.

Oh don't get me wrong and like I mentioned before, T-mobile has great customer service. It's just their signal coverage that really, really makes them a terrible provider.
