he co-wrote an adaptation of BASIC. you make it sound like he actually designed the program.

135 is only Intelligence 13.5 in Dunguens and Dragons. You really need at least a 16 or better to play effectively as a mage or sorceror. 13.5 is loserville. Better re-roll your character unless your plan is to have him work as a bouncer in some castle or something.

it's not like he never did anything, it's just that he hasn't made significant innovations. if he's remembered for anythng in the history books, it will be more like someone like jp morgan, and not as some kind da vinci type.

I think the person with the most money in the world is the most intelligent person. Sure, someone may score higher on an IQ test, but for practical intelligent purposes, the richest man is the most intelligent, it's the most kinetic intelligence if you will.

i would consider that kind of wealth acquisition pathological. what is the point of working hard to make more money when you've already exhausted the point of seeing any benefits anyways?
personally i consider wealth more of an effect of drive than intelligence. someone like kurt godel was possibly the most intelligent person who ever lived, but there is no way he'd ever have been able to sit through the mundane routine of aquiring arbitrary wealth day in and day out for decades upon decades.
