For about 12 hours. Batteries only about a year old, but it's an old car. And there's an awful melted plastic smell or something like that inside the car. Car still starts though. Is there something I should be checking out? I'm clueless with cars

i would recomend asking people on the internet they are normaly good with that sort off thing

Run down to your local Sears or whoever and have them check the connections on the batteries. The cables may have hadthe plastic around it melted and you'll need to have those replaced. Should be under $100 easy.

When my battery dies in my Audi the computer restarts and you have to take it to an Audi place to get them to reboot the computer for like $200. Its a fucking rip

or you could replace them your self for 30 bucks and 30 minutes

do u have to remove the entire back bumper to replace a tail light?

That's one of the things I love about my Mitsubishi. Once I take the key out, the lights turn off automatically, even if I happen to leave them on.

Same here with my Audi, that shit sucks! And before I got the stereo replaced, you'd have to input that damn code or it wouldn't work, that was a hassle too.
