Worlds FASTEST Footballers !!

Who would u fellas pick as the fastest present day football player ...

I know the fastest i've ever know was Robert Jarni who played for Juventus in the mid 90's
and Dennis Rommedahl who had a stint at Charlton Athletic after moving from PSV Eindhoven could both clock 100m in under 11seconds which is mighty shit quick for a footballer .... but which present day footballer is the fastest in your opinions.

I dunno wot Fernando Torres does a 100 m dash in , but watching him week in week out against some of the best defenders in the world, he has yet to be beaten by ANY body for pace, often giving up 5 or 6 metres start over 30-40 metres and still gettin 1st to the ball by a good metre or two.

honourable mentions to
Obafemi Martins - Newcastle
Cristiano - Man URE
Roberto Carlos - Fenerbache
Thierry Henry - Barca
Odonko - Borussia Dortmund

i also remember in the 80's they used to get the fastest footballers from every team and have them race over 100 meters. They should bring that back .

bu Hnery's own words Walcott is up there

fastest player must be Djibril cisse thou

there is a huge difference cin being fast with and without the ball

A Guy like Torres would be beat in a 100 meter dash by guys like Kolo Toure but not with the ball

Ishmael Miller & Micah Richards are ridiculously fast. I think Torres has extremely quick acceleration but in a long distance run I don't believe him to be fast as many others in the premiership.

yeah, like i mentioned at the top ,over 30-40 metres Torres is has been unbeatable in every game he's played, and i've seen every minute he's been on the pitch, no-one has beat him yet. Over 100m he'd probably be up there ,but not quite the Upper Echelon of maybe Gabby Agbonlahor or Walcott.

aaron lennon has to be up there as one of the fastest in the prem, Ronaldo (Luis Nazário de Lima) was rediculously quick running with the ball in his prime 95-97 and henry i think is rapid maybe just tipps it from torres. Roberto Carlos was rapid aswell
