Work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My work wants a copy of my school schedule, because they dont think I have school Fridays,..................which I dont I have mma training.........Are they infinging on my right to privacy?.................IF they force me to give them a schedule, I think I might doctor up a FAKE......WHat do you GUYS think?

If you just tell them you just aren't working Fridays, will they fire you? If not, then tell them to piss off. If they will, I'd suggest getting a new job.

If it's only a part-time/casual job i'd suggest you doctor a fake one because they could get rid of you for anything they like. As you said earlier, most normal people wouldn't consider training as a valid reason to miss work so you'll have to skirt round it.
If it's a proper job with you going through the books and everything, just tell them to take a running jump. What you do in your own time is up to you

Dude, just be honest, it never hurts. Then tell them that if they don't give you that day off, you'll be forced to practice on them instead...
Seriously, you are allowed to ask them for that day off, they don't have to give it to you, but you can tell them that the reason you work there is to finance your training. So they can't have you if you can't train. Just be sure to do a good job at work though, or that arguement doesn't work.
