my buddy is the most athletic of our group and he can do standing backflips. He was absolutely amazed by this years gymnasts. They do standing backflips. Only they add 1/2 turns. And do it on a beam 4 inches wide.
btw, rumor has it from a buddy of mine that gymnasts aren't as tight downstairs due to increased flexibility and a lot of stretching. He said he banged a gymnast who happened to be a virgin. Never believed him (cuz he tends to lie) but I always wondered about the subject ever since. Don't mean to make this all OT-ish btw.

The stretching they do won't loosen them up. Women that are in shape can tighten things up by squeezing their pelvic muscles anyway. It's the girls with no muscle tone that you got to watch out for.

Hmm I banged a ballerina who was a virgin and she was pretty tight. She'd had to take a few mins to "settle in."

I think these girls are very young anyways which gives the illusion of delayed puberty, they dont grow or anything, they just grow in bodyfat after retirement.

You can delay growth, why do you think so many female gymnast look completely different after they retire?

it has to do with their bodyfat. estrogen binds with and is synthesized from fat cells, and when the girls don't have enough bodyfat, they can't get puberty underway. once they retire they gain fat and all of a sudden they're women.
