I don't know if there is a single reason, but I will throw out some possible reasons here:
1. Maybe she was like that before you guys met and she changed her ways for you, now she is reverting back to old habits.
2. Maybe she was like that while you were with her, but you were so love struck that you couldn't see it. It happens. Now you are more objective so you realize what she really is.
3. Maybe she felt she was being confined by the relationship, so she is becoming wilder in response to that.
4. Maybe she is doing it specifically to get back at you, thinking you still have feelings for her so this will hurt you when you see her with other guys.
If she is like that now, just be glad you are rid of her, because that is either her true nature or what she would have been tempted ot do when your relationship got dull. Be glad you are rid of her. I didn't follow all of your first post, as some of your sexual terminology is unfamiliar to me (FB, one-nighter, hook up, boy-toy - it is all the same to me pretty much). Her justifications of what she was doing are as weak as can be. What does it matter if she talked to him 2 weeks before? It is still casual sex. Be glad you are away from her if you want a good relationship.
