Not a Will Smith fan or a fan of his latest movies but I’m a total comic geek so I have to admit I’m slightly intrigued by Hancock…mainly because I don’t know shit about it.
I’ve seen the trailers and read that it has a somewhat dark tone to it – and that people who enjoy the “bad superman flicking peanuts” scene will enjoy the movie.
It seems a drunken The Tick-type character is transformed into a Superman-type character but…
Where is he from?
How did he get his powers?
What are his weaknesses?
Who is the villain(I heard it’s Theron) and what’s her plan?
I expect plenty of Hancock/Will Smith hate comments but I’m interested to know if anyone has any more info on this??

Hancock definitely looks interesting. I love the scene where he picks up the beached whale and tosses it back out to sea, but it smashes the shit out of that sailboat.
I was never a big Will Smith fan until I saw Ali. After that flick, I was like "Damn, ole Fresh Prince actually has some real acting ability."
