It should be.
If her iPod is showing up on your iTunes and it is syncing with your iTunes, no problem.
You should be able to click on it, and change the sync options.
You could put porn into iTunes, then have the porn in a playlist.
Have it so with her iPod it only syncs the porn playlist. It'd clean all of the playlists and files that aren't supposed to be synced, leaving porn and only porn.

That should work.
When I go home, I might tinker to make sure that works.

It'd be hilarious though.

in the iTunes settings it has the "look for apple tv's" and "airport express" crap, I think it may be that.
