I downloaded the episode for free on XBOX live.....watched 15 minutes of it and then deleted it. It's garbage and the guy running the promotion knows nothing about MMA.

Lol, get this guys, my friend was at the first Iron Ring try outs in NJ, and when he was warming up for his sparring session some of the "Iron-Ringers" were hollaring at him "Yo man...ain't no warmin up on da street! what u doin son...dis shit foreal!!!""
