well ,i think you should lie on your resume .
If you applied for the palazzo , just lie and say you got 3 years experience.
unlikely they will check up to see if you;re telling lies.
would they check every bartender? i doubt it

I have never been fired, but I have quit many stupid jobs very quickly.

I sold magazines door-to-door- for about 3 weeks.

I worked a telemarketing job for 4 days.

I got hired by a marketing firm, and when they told me I was going to be standing outside WAL-MART selling people shit, I quit in about 3 hours.

I think I'm going to do that. Fuck it, just lie and see what happens. I'll put down contact numbers from some of my friends back home that will lie and vouch for me in case they do call.

I worked for budweiser for a while and got fired for a really dumb reason. I was a merchandiser. That means that I would take the beer from the back room and put it on the shelves in the store. I also had to set up displays and promotional shit.

Anyways, I was supposed to set up this end cap display in a grocery store. The grocery store had a mayonaise display set up there, so I asked them to take it down. They said they will. I worked for an hour or so and asked them again. They said they would. After being there close to three hours I finally had to do the display and they still hadn't taken down their mayo. So I took it all down and and put it in a shopping cart and put it in the stock room.

I get a call monday morning from my boss telling me to come in to the office. So I get there and sit down at his desk and he has a polaroid picture of the shopping cart full of mayo. Apparantly the store manager had taken a picture of it and given it to my boss. My boss starts giving me a hard ass time asking my why I would be so stupid to do that. Telling me that I was the dumbest merchandiser he had seen in years.

I straight told him to fuck off and that he could take the mayo and shove it up his ass. Eh whatever. I stole SO MUCH FUCKING BEER while I worked there so I figure I got a good deal out of it.

Yeah, that is a lame reason to be fired over. At least told him to stick the mayonese up his ass before you left though.

I knew a guy who was a merchandiser for Bud as well, he stole the shit out of beer every day he worked too.

Grocery store I used to work at fired me for no-showing cause one of the douche bag assistant managers changed the schedule in the middle of the week. But let's just say I made sure he had make a visit to the Michelin man the next day.

I got fired for something very similar to this. I was working at a plant nursery when I was 17 and I got fired because they changed the schedule on a sunday to have me come in the next day on monday. But I had that friday-sunday off because I went out of town to see Ozzfest. When I came in on tuesday, my boss was waiting with my pink slip in hand. It was bullshit, you can't change the schedule a day before you want someone to come in when you damn well know he's out of town. That job sucked anyways, so it was no big deal, but still the manager was a turd for pulling that.

unlikely they will try and track down all past employers to see if you're telling lies.
chances are they would just call one of the reference numbers you give and leave it at that.
you give them your buddies numbers from back home like you said.

aint like you;re going for a high powered job .you just wanna earn some decent tips.
better than working in some backwater casino with shitty tips.
