To answer TS, there's something that really pisses me off when people include you in their vision of a country/nation like it's obvious that you're part of it. When you tell that you don't care about their "nation" and they look at you like you're some kind of hater or racist when it's actually quite the opposite.

If you re-read my post you can see that I quite clearly state that military service is not for everyone. I actually do not condone mandatory military service, and I am still opposed to it as I was before I served.
Still, I do believe that since I have actually done my "duty", and been a part of this madness, I have more knowledge, experience and reason to state my opinion on the matter, than some stupid woman who is just talking out of her ass, saying that all men should serve... which is why it pisses me off.
I totally agree that everyone should have the choice of serving or not, we are after all just free humans born on this earth behind imaginary boundaries. All I am saying is, if you haven't tried it, don't justify it.
