take mexican immigrants (i live in socal), most are ugly, but the few that are attractive make up for it

my first hardcore crush in junior high was mexican

i also find probably 1 out of 50 black women attractive

asian 1 out of 5 (mostly of japanese decent)

If you're talking about beautiful people in the context of the entire world, then it would have to be around 1% or less, because most 3rd and 2nd world countries are filled with not so good looking people.
