Nickelodeon was a special time for me.
Doug
Ren & Stimpy
Clarissa explains it all
Wild & Crazy Kids
Are you afraid of the dark?
Nick Arcade
Hey Dude
Double Dare
My Brother and Me
Salute your shorts
Inspector Gadget
The Tomorrow People
Legends of the Hidden Temple
Rocko's Modern Life
Weinerville
Their programming was just plain fun. I had the biggest crush on Alex Mack back in the day.

LMAO! You're really taking me back man. I remember growing up during the 90s watching all that stuff.
I especially loved "Are you Afraid of the Dark?".
I pity the children who watch the shit on Nickolodeon now. I think everyone watches Disney now anyway.

I liked all those shows the TS listed. Don't believe they were as great as Duck Tales. The dumbing down of America is all around us, especially on TV. Look at cartoons and the History channel as an example. History channel had great shit 3-5 years ago on real history. Now they have crap like Monster quest, Mystery quest, ufo hunters, lumber jacks, truckers and the like. Bigfeets and alien shows on history channel all the time.

Shit, when I was younger, it seemed like Nickelodeon was all that I watched (well, that and pro-wrestling). Pete and Pete, Doug, Are You Afraid of the Dark, Rocko's Modern Life...man I miss those days.
