Good and evil are perspectival (not sure if that is a word), however there is an absolute good and and anything against that is evil. Morals didn't just spring out of nowhere.

What is an absolute good? I'm not sure what you mean.

Good and evil are two polar ends of the same philosophical spectrum, IMO.

Whiteroach, like newman, is pure evil.

I take a utilitarian approach to this whole thing.

If the benefits of killing me ever outweigh the benefits of keeping me alive, then by all means pull the trigger.

Evil is that which is contrary to our moral code or conscience.

I would guess that people who ignore their conscience are mostly atheists.

Actually I'm not opposed to lying or stealing... So lock up those valuables and check my pockets...

So your conscience doesn't tell you that killing children inside or outside the womb is wrong?

Everyone's conscience does, people ignore their conscience and try to justify it intellectually.

Hench why there is a direct correlation between moral matters such as abortion and homosexuality, and between theism and atheism.

1. Conscience is not the same for all. It is developed (like much else) during the formative years. If you just swallow your pride and research the subjects you are debating, you will have something reliable to contribute. You really need to look into psychology.

2. Let's see proof of this direct correlation. I don't believe there is any.

Conscience is our invention. I could isolate a human being and build them to believe in anything pending they are free from outside influences. This whole thread is all us. This has nothing to do with nature or life before us. It's a strictly human thing and god doesn't enter this equation.
