Update:
Business is formed and website has been underway for a bit now. They sent me the front page today to approve. It had a normal looking group of business people and a larger picture of a woman greeting customers. She was African American. I wrote them and told them I would prefer and Asian girl. Racist? I just didn't get a good feel when I opened the page.
