Website building programs (PC), need help.
Hey, guys. I'm trying to put my artwork into an online portfolio, since i recently lost a bunch of it to some serious flooding here in NJ a few weeks back. Yeah, I'm kinda pissed, but I managed to salvage a few pieces, and there's a bunch of stuff that wasn't ruined, so I figure my best bet (since I'm also moving this summer) was to get these som'bitches up on the web.
I want to build a really simple portfolio site (i would use an image hosting site, but i wanted it to have some personal flair, and plus it just comes off better if i build the site myself) - portfolio work, sketchbook section, a bio section, and an email contact.
I wanted to incorporate roll-over buttons, and i want new windows to pop up when they click on roll-over thumbnails of my art work.
i'm semi-clueless when it comes to building a website. i built two simple ones in college, but it was totally half-assed and i just squeeked by with them. And plus it was about 5 years ago.
Can anyone suggest a good program for me to complete this task? I figure it shouldn't take me more than a day to complete. I have all the images sized; all the roll-over buttons complete; the layout is all drawn up.
I'm working on a PC, and getting the actual software shouldn't be much trouble.
So, what would you guys suggest?
