Well, regarding the accident part, I guess it means people have a moral obligation to stop and make sure someone is ok. Too many people would just leave the scene or ignore it all together.

About this peace part, if he finds a way to bring peace to himself and others, so be it. That's great. And we need to start bringing cultures together because there is way too much senseless killing and violence in this world. If he thinks he can do it, then great.
