Now there's a few caveat's but nothing to be worried about. Need a confirmation email to get things going and its only 5 times per email address. But who is to say you can't have 10-20 email address calling someone all day long?

Personally i would hate this worse than a horde of telemarketers all trying to sell me Flobee's.

What does it mean when it says standard charges may apply, next to your friends number? Do you have pay for this?

All that means is that if for instance you had it set to dial a cell phone and that phone was over its minutes lets say. Then that person would get an overage charge. Basically they are saying "we'll call ya, but if your phone company charges ya for getting call's then you'll be getting charged.".
Nothing to worry about.
I just can't wait for the dulcet voice of Hannah Montanna waking me up in the morning. And callbacks every ten minutes for 30min if i don't pick up. YAY!
