i hated these guys when i first heard them, because let's face it the whole "i can ride my bike with no handlebars" chorus thingy is annoying. sounds like eminem or something. however, i they have good lyrics, and alot better music than some 4 second loop of a beat, so i think they're pretty good.

Catchy song at most. But i really dont like that fact that they try to put some message behind their songs. You know its total bs. Specially if they're being played by MTV.

well yeah it's ironic, however if you have a point to get out, mtv gives you an audiovisual medium and a large audience regardless of how lame they are. it doesn't mean your message is meaningless.

That makes no sense. What would you rather them sing out? Do you want to hear another song about breaking up with a girl or how a girl's booty gets low, low, low, low...?

MTV plays what people want to hear whether it's Britney Spears or someone with actually something to say. I don't think you've sold out because you show up on MTV.
