if she didn't report it then she only has herself to blame for it to still be affecting her. Use that organ sitting inside your freaking skull and think about that for a second. Maybe instead of kicking his ass, you should knock some sense into your "girl". In a civilized society people report crimes when they happen to them. They don't wait till they find a new boy to obsess and tell him about his/her problem hoping that person will solve it.

it might make you feel better when your smashing his skull open with a tire iron but if you got caught i doubt you gf will thank you if all the details of why you did it got dragged back up again in court,my advice is fuck that horrible **** what he'll get what he deserves one day just try and get on with your life and help your gf beat that depression and try and get back to as close a normal life as possible, if thats not possible kidnapp the fucker and set fire to him,good luck dude!!!!

You get two very good friends, balaclavas and van and snatch him straight off the street. Take him to abandoned warehouse and torture until you feel better. If this girl is your g/f or anyone else close then they will likely come looking for you so make sure your alibi is straight. Oh and do not ask publically for advice.
