I would start with small things like fucking his car and house up, then move onto the stage, harm any pets or people close to him, then you could poison him, but not fatally, i still wouldnt be satisfied until i wrecked his skull, until i actually had that feeling breaking somebodies face untill they stopped moving then i would burn the piece of shit.

Chances are this fucker has a criminal record longer than your arm. Have a witness handy preferably a female to say he tried to rob her or was sexually harassing her, then you beat the everliving fuck out of him. Knock his teeth out. break bones. etc etc. You be the one to call the cops have your witness there. If you happen to have a friend in the local PD it will go over even better if he's the first guy at the scene. Then it's a state of self defense. Say you attempt to citizens arrest him which is perfectly legal. By law you're allowed to restrain him but that's it, if he assaults you while you're restraining him then he's fair game and you can fuck him up.
