Dude, 4 things:

1. apparently, you had a concussion. Go see a neurosurgeon
2. lawyer time!
3. it was very stupid to not call the cops, but your brains were scrambled
4. from now on, ride closer to the middle of the road, by riding in the gutter you encourage drivers to pass you without crossing the yellow line=too close to you

damn dude, i can only tell u of something that you SHOULD have done, but now its too late so it will be kind of pointless. at the scene, u must ask for witnesses the moment it happens and take their numbers. u must also call the police right away or atleast an ambulance. u must also get all the insurance stuff/license plates/info everything on the person that hit you. the most important thing however are witnesses because if no one will collaberate on your story, youre screwd.
