Thailand

ive been doin some research lately and need some input.

i got 30 grand in the bank and want to invest it somewhat.

if you look here

http://www.bahtsold.com/index.php?re...ory=11&price=5

you can buy a 1 bedroom condo in thailand on the beach, with gym, pool all included...for like 20 grand.

i dont know too much about banking, but would it be worth it just to buy it or
buy over yerars. if years, then for a 20k place, how many years could you finance that over?

-im big into martial arts and asian culture

If you got one near a well known gym, you could rent it out to foriegn fighters training. Fairtex in Pattaya comes to mind.

If you could just buy it out right you would save your self the interest on a loan.

that being said you might not be able to get insurance for it...if it floods out after big storms.
you have to eat the loss and replace everthing..

my buddie bought a place on the island of St.Martin...right on the beach ...it's bare bones because he has to replace everthing every couple years

Because those aren't condo's as we know them. They are actually studios.
