I don't know about the TS but speaking for myself I'm not a kid anymore & already lived out my sexual fantasies. The only thing left for me to do would be to marry a 10 to continue the sexually oriented things with.

I assume the TS wanted to list things you could possibly do before you die.
Listing having orgies with multiple celebrities is just not realistic for most people.

Maybe I'm a chick.

Actually, the truth is that sex just isn't much of an accomplishment -- too ephemeral. All it takes is confidence to pick up hot women to bang, it's much harder to find someone you're attracted to and that you respect. However, I did throw a bone to sex-obsessed people with "menage a trois".

Most of the things I listed take a lot of time and effort, which is what makes them worthwhile.

Correct, realism is the point. I honestly think I can accomplish all the items on my list. The hardest is probably #2, because I don't have patience for slow sports like hiking and I'd have to train hard for at least a year to get in phenomenal shape. But the idea of looking down from the top of the world (or at least, the highest place on earth) is amazing.

Even the concept of traveling to space, while very unlikely, is not completely out of the question. Just thirty years ago, the idea that everyone would have laptops, cell-phones, cordless toys, etc would be preposterous. Technology proceeds by leaps and bounds, so the gadgets available in 50 years would probably blow your mind now.
