out of high school I used to work @ Pizza Hut and I had this disgruntled asst. manager who poured window cleaner and other chemicals into the dough while it was mixing as well as a few snot rockets. After he left I ruined the dough before it made it to prep and had to throw it out. Felt too guilty about a kid getting sick from it.
Same dude was trying to scam credit card info

When I used to work for a large beverage company (not coke) doing p/u and installs of vending machines we would get machines that would have a salt/water solution sprayed into the coin mech slot, which would make it malfunction and spit out coins

That was me, sorry. Also, it would make the soda come out without having to put any money in. This has long since been remedied.

yeah I worked there back in 97 so I'm sure they've fixed it. Also if you see a delivery truck ask them for a drink They're told to be friendly that way in small amounts so don't bring your all friends for free soda

usually there are many veteran programs / homes around the area that they live at. be warned first and formost there are a few truely crazy people or folks really needing help out there, but for the most part they are out pan handling for extra money. the veterans programs include job placement, hospital treatments and in some cases disability pay. the only time they are not eligible is if they are in and out of jail.
the homeless - the people that claim to be crazy and smell funny on the bus stops and out side of movie theaters asking for change / bus fair / gas money.
these folks are actually on pass from the place they are getting treatment at. they usually live in the treatment facilities getting meds and living while recieving disability pay to buy little things here or there. they get passes for the weekend and go out and ask for money.
the best thing you can do for someone thats apparently crazy is buy them some water to drink because there's a great chance they missed thier meds and need a drink to take them.
the moral of the story - the citys have alot of programs available for people that are willing to work, get treatement and get off drugs. when someone chooses not to do some of these things then it's really on them.

same thing at the Mexico Border. Those "poor people" you see begging and trying to make a living actually live pretty decent. But they pull their kids out of school so they can have a better look while begging. About half of these people make as much-or more- money as some of the working class in these same border towns.

The locals are reluctant to talk about them, and the yakuza themselves dont want anything to do with westerners here so even if you try and talk to them directly they will just ignore you or walk away. They openly do their thing in full view of westerners but if any Japanese show up they conceal their actions, its as if we dont exist in their world at all.

dont like us black folk huh? I'm going to book a trip there and tell them to ante up some women or I will go crazy and unleash some black fury.

Good for you, that's real fucked up on the manager's part.
I delivered for little caesars for a bit and they were actually pretty anal about cleanliness and who got to touch the food.
