Subway in Orange County- It's not fresh, I'd have to change dates on the veggies every day, in case an inspector showed up, we weren't allowed to keep any veggies for more than a day. It isn't as bad as it sounds, everything is properly refridgerated, but putting stickers on containers in a fridge is harder than you think.
We use massive amounts of Mayo in our tuna. MASSIVE amounts, and not Non fat- which is what you get on your sandwich regularly when you ask for it. But 100% Mayo. I had a conscience about this.....I'd try to put as little as possible, but when my manager would see how much I was preparing it with......he'd grab the pouch of mayo and squeeze maybe twice the amount I had already put in.
I'd throw away rotten tomatoes, but my manager would tell me just to scoop out the rotten part.
Indian people like Subway a lot.

Like somebody else already posted- If you're an asshole, a gay couple, have a nice rack or are good looking; anything out of the ordinary really: everyone on staff will pass by your table to take a look at you and then go to the back and criticize you.
I've only worked at nice places so no we don't fuck with your food, even if you're a prick. But I can't vouch for other places, Denny's, Norm's, Carrows, Chilis, Fridays, etc.
Filet mignon is cut from a loin, a long strip of beef, if you order the last piece of that loin: the edge-which is usually a small and awkwardly shaped cut of beef, the cook will mash the shit out of it with his fist to make it appear wider and larger then it was, so you might want to ask not to get the edge of the loin...which they will probably ignore if it's the only piece left.

If you call guest services and they transfer you almost immediately, they just don't feel like hearing what you have to say.
If somebody orders porn in the room, we could check to see what the name of the porn you bought was.
Nicely dispute any small charge and you'll have it corrected. A $10 charge isn't going to have an investigation launched over it.

***Subways, Restaurants, and Franchise owned Hotels all hire illegals, I know because I am one. I have no SS# and use a false one, it's actually the # that was provided to my parents when I was a child that allowed them to do their taxes, this # isn't legally valid for employment purposes but I'm not using somebody else's. I'm now working at a hotel, I get payed a decent wage to be on the internet for my entire shift and occasionally answer phones; Sherdoggin all day, listening to music, internet radio, chatting on IM with buddies. Beats the hell out of mowing lawns and bussing tables I'll tell you that now.
