Speaking of Cinnabon, when you eat one, you are eating lots and lots of butter. There are several sticks that go into the frosting that they are coated with, and during their creation the rolls of dough, when spread out, are coated with butter to make the cinnamon stick in the middle before they're cut into buns.
Calorie wise, for a large, you're look at 800+ easily for ONE large Cinnabon. Mind you, I worked at Cinnabon over ten years ago when I was in school, before they came out with all the extra toppings they have now--back then they only had frosting (which, i guess, simply wasn't sweet enough...

).
Simply put, if you ever order a Cinnabon with a diet
anything hoping to lessen the calories, you just pwned yourself. If you're in the mall and you eat McDonalds or Burger King or something and decide to have a Cinnabon for dessert, your whole meal surpassed your recommended calorie count for the entire day!
