Speaking of Cinnabon, when you eat one, you are eating lots and lots of butter. There are several sticks that go into the frosting that they are coated with, and during their creation the rolls of dough, when spread out, are coated with butter to make the cinnamon stick in the middle before they're cut into buns.

Calorie wise, for a large, you're look at 800+ easily for ONE large Cinnabon. Mind you, I worked at Cinnabon over ten years ago when I was in school, before they came out with all the extra toppings they have now--back then they only had frosting (which, i guess, simply wasn't sweet enough...).

Simply put, if you ever order a Cinnabon with a diet anything hoping to lessen the calories, you just pwned yourself. If you're in the mall and you eat McDonalds or Burger King or something and decide to have a Cinnabon for dessert, your whole meal surpassed your recommended calorie count for the entire day!

Here are a few from my years working at a chemical company:

1,4-Butanediol (BDO) is a precursor to gamma-Butyrolactone (GBL), which is a precursor to Gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB). You may not be able to get your hands on GHB or GBL, but BDO seems to be available, if you know where to look. If you ask me where, don't expect an answer though.

Most aircraft de-icing fluids in the U.S. are ingestible. Greater than 98% of it consists are water and propylene glycol, both of which we all ingest to some degree on a daily basis. There is a small additive package in it and even part of that is sorbitol (sugar water). This is not to be confused with de-icing fluid in Canada, which contains ethylene glycol. There are airports in the U.S. that still use EG-based fluids (Cincinnati for example), but 99% use fluids that you can actually drink (not in large quantities, of course). Most airport personnel don't know this and will treat it like a hazardous chemical. What they don't realize is that most people they are spraying the fluid end up ingesting it anyway because the wind blows it back in their faces when they spray in bad weather (unless they're spraying from an enclosed truck).

Southwest Airlines tends to take the biggest risks when taking off in bad weather. This could vary by route and station, but I've heard this from several airport employees around the country (from SW employees and elsewhere). I wouldn't want to fly SW when it's snowing.

Exxon thinks oil prices will drop in 2008.

When reserving a hotel room its a good idea to use priceline or hotwire as opposed to hotels.com or expedia. Those two cost twice as much as the former two.

If you travel, priceline and hotwire are nice places to book through. At the hotel I work at, our rate is about 239.00 but you can get a room through Priceline for like 49.00. I dont know how the fuck they do it.

Home Depot

It's very easy for customers to rip off the UPC off a product and give the cashier a sku # of a similar product with a lower price such as a drill. Numerous people do this, but the cashiers are too lazy to actually call in and find the right price. So they usually let it slide.

Haha yeah I worked at cinnabon last summer.

I wanted to barf making the buns and cinnamon sticks.

The sticks I had to coat them in butter with a large paint brush and dip the sticks in a mixture shitload of sugar and cinnamon.

and now people ask for extra frosting with caramel and pecans on their buns

some even ask for rasberry drizzle.

its just so disgusting i felt bad cause id always see the same obese ladies coming for their usual cinnabon afterwork everyday.
