Snopes is dead wrong quite often. Not sure how you reconstitute liquid roast beef tho...Arby's hand out chemistry degrees?

I've never worked there so I don't know. I don't believe its 100% roast beef, I just find it hard to believe that its a paste that has to be poured onto a grill and cooked. This just doesn't seem an efficient way to do it. I could be wrong though.

Yeah, but the thing is, ALL Chinese restaurants have filthy bathrooms. Don't know why, but all of them are for some reason.
And I like Chinese food.

its not grilled, they ship you what looks like a big brick of slush. its enclosed in a tight plastic container. then you have to carefully remove the plastic and keep the block of mush in a somewhat rectangle shape and stick it into an oven. then when its all cooked you just put it into a slicer.

OK - that makes more sense. I do agree that its silly to think a representative from Arby's would say anything then what he was quoted saying in Snopes.

Also, the company that owns and operates Arby's and a few other restaurants is called Sybra (Arby's spelled backwards).

You dont think a college student who worked there in high school would admit to it? My roommate did tell me that but he tended to bullshit a lot so i dont know.

I don't think its a paste either, but a lot of cold cuts/sandwich meats don't come from a single cut. They take odds bits and filler and mix/glue them and then they mold and cook it so it resembles a circle or a brick. Chicken patties and nuggets are also made this way.
