Nah, I'm not a mailman, but I do have relatives in the postal service.
For tips, it is really a localized issue. If you live in a neighborhood with tippers, and you stiff, you may experience negative effects. If you live in a neighborhood that doesn't tip, you probably won't suffer any ill effects for stiffing, but you might get better service if you tip a little.

Amount is also dependent on neighbors. I would ask them, if you are friendly with them. I know that many people on my street tip $20.

I actually just read an article concerning tipping amounts, either in Consumer Reports or the newspaper. Many people are giving cash to those they have routine contact with.

Yeah, I've heard this. It's more or less a meat slurry that they have to make look like actual roast beef in store. Fresh!

Also, if I remember correctly, Taco Bell cinnamon twists are shipped in little balls that when throw into a deep fryer assume the twisty form...

2 Liter bottles start out condensed to the size of a shot glass to make them easier to ship, they're then heated up and blown out when they reach the plant where they get filled.

Those aren't really "secrets" persay, but interesting tidbits nonetheless.

There was a thread on here a year or so ago that this came up and it was said to be an urban legend. I can't see it being true myself because the process of cooking it and making it into the roast beef at a store-by-store basis instead of a mass processing facility would be too time consuming and expensive. It's much cheaper just to have a place that can mass-produce the stuff and then ship it out ready to go.

My roommate from last year who worked at Arbys said that the roast beef is basically in liquid form when they get it.

I worked at the financial aid office at my school. I dont really have any exiting info but ill try to throw something out there.

I had access to a lot of personal information like social security numbers financial info, like what your parents make and how much money they have. Also there were a lot of people getting veteran disability aid, so theres probably more soldiers getting injured in Iraq then you would think.

Some tips: Try to get your FAFSA in as soon as possible. Do not turn it in late, even if you dont have all the information and numbers you need, just make estimates and then go back when you have the info and make the corrections.

Google image, ftw. Bit different than I remember them looking, but in any case.

And about the Arby's roast beef goop, I heard it first hand from two employee friends whilst I was sitting in the Arby's eating my beef bacon and cheddar. I don't remember giving a damn either, those things are tasty.

This blows. Arbys is so fucking good. But I have wondered why I've never seen roast beef look the way it looks at Arbys.

it really is. it has the same consistancy of thick oatmeal and arrives in a tight plastic covering to keep its shape.
