i'm sure most people know this as well, but when you're calling customer service with a billing inquiry and you get transferred, it oftentimes was because the person didn't want to deal with your shit

me: let me transfer you to our finance department

customer: um, okay... but i've already been on hold 48 minutes....

me: click (transferred)

we didn't actually have a finance department, i transferred them to our repair department cause i know there's NO way i'll get that same customer again when repair sends them back.

also, lots of times i would tell customers they would be put on hold, instead i would put them on mute, so i could hear everything they said about me when they thought i couldn't. if they were assholes, it definitely made their experience more difficult.

also, people are sold plans 90% of the time without being informed of pro-ration + month in advance plan charge + setup bullshit fees etc, or they are told they won't see any such fees, only to get a 3 digit phone bill next month.

Overstock retailers are the lowest of the low on the retail food chain. The employees make Wal-Mart staff look like scholars.

Mental illness and drug use are rampant in retail. Recreational for teenage help, and prescription for those over 30.

Some retailers purposefully destroy goods prior to trashing them to prevent scavengers/homeless from finding anything worth keeping.

Don't buy Sauder/bolt-on furniture from the floor, rather than the box. Pre-made floor models are put together by the lowest worker in the dept, often incorrectly, and usually missing half of the support components due to worker desire to pump shit out and be done. You also won't get any of the extra hardware you'll need, since it's been trashed with the box.

People shit on the floor at retail stores often. You'd think it ludicrous for a person to drop trou and deuce in public, but it happens.

Middle-aged women are thieves. If jewelry is disappearing, it's probably white women or young black males.

#1) How do you know this about Aliyah, were you on the investigative team? Not saying I don't believe you because I don't know either way and it sounds plausible. Just wondering how you know this.

#2) I'm no pool technician so maybe I'm wrong, but that sounds completely retarded to me. Did they dump gallons upon gallons of semen in the pool? Seems like one of those heard it from someone who heard it from someone type of thing. Same shit when people said Lil Kim had to have her stomach pumped from ingesting too much semen.

Also alot of states don't require you to pay to break your cell phone contract.Sprint tried to turn me into creditors to charge me for non-payment on my phone bill because they had been ripping me off.They got a cese and decist order because they billed me incorrect and they were in breach of contract in the first place.

I thought of one, but it can't top this.

I work in an architectural firm and when we have a big deadline to get our project out the door (to the city, owner, whatever), we'll take the date the drawings are supposed to be done and subtract a week and give that deadline to all the engineers that work for us (mechanical, plumbing, electric, etc...) because we KNOW they won't get them to us on time. They are notorious for having their drawings to us days after the agreed deadline.

if you work at a pharmacy, you can steal muscle relaxers with ease. Control substance such as lortabs and such should not be stolen due to intense inventory checks, but liquid control substances such as promethazine with codeine could be stolen for personal use, because it is very hard to keep up with the exact amount of liquids used and being filled. (I work at an independent pharmacy and this is how it works, im not sure how it is at wal-mart and such)

1. because my friend was in the airforce and they investigated the crash
2.because I was staying in K.C. to visit my friend and I was pissed because i was paying 150 a night for a room and couldnt use their pool or hot tub.The manager told me the pool was vandalised,the younger guy who took us to me and my friend to the room said because there was sperm piles floating around the pool because Alicia Keyes was there the night before and had about 30 young men in her enterauge.
